Visit the School
We’d love to show you around and share what life is like at our amazing school.
All families are welcome – whether you’re applying for Reception or another year group.

What happens during an open day visit?
- We start with a warm welcome from our Headteacher – hear from Mr Roche about how we help every child to achieve their full potential.
- Tour the school with our Year 6 guides – see the school through the eyes of the pupils who know it best, and get a real sense of the vibrant, friendly atmosphere.
- Discover Forest School – explore our amazing outdoor learning space with Mrs McTear, our Forest School leader, and see how nature sparks curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
- Ask your questions – chat with staff and meet a school governor to hear first-hand why families choose The British School.
What Parents say about our School
"From the start, we felt listened to and supported. The school has a lovely, diverse community and a truly child-centred approach. They are excellent at recognising and nurturing children who are eager to learn, as well as providing thoughtful SEND support that helped us confidently navigate what can be a daunting system. The teachers’ commitment and care go above and beyond every single day."
