The Governing Body wish to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational TA for 7 hrs per week Applicants will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Patience and compassion
  • Enthusiasm and drive
  • A good level of literacy and numeracy skills
  • Creative and practical skills
  • Initiative and an ability to plan and assess alongside the class teacher
  • To be cheerful and have a good sense of humour
  • To be able to work effectively as part of a team

 

The successful applicant will:

  • Prepare and adapt learning support materials to meet the needs of the children
  • Support the children in achieving their individual targets both in and outside of the classroom
  • Ensure the children are managing in terms of their physical, social and emotional welfare

 

Pay scale 3 (£18,426-19,171 FTE) Fixed term until 3rd April 2021 with a possibility of extending

Post – dependent on receipt of satisfactory references and will be subject to a 6 month probationary period.

Hours 2 days per week 9-12:30 (days negotiable)

The Governing Body wish to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational TA with at least a NVQ 3 qualification to support a Year 6 child in receipt of an EHCP for 12 hours per week.

Experience of working with children with SEND would be preferred.

Applicants will need:

  • Enthusiasm and drive
  • Literacy and numeracy skills
  • Creative and practical skills
  • Initiative and an ability to plan and assess alongside the class teacher
  • Willingness to research the nature of SEND
  • To be cheerful and have a good sense of humour
  • To be able to work effectively as part of a team

 

The successful applicant will:

  • Prepare and adapt learning support materials to meet the needs of the child
  • Support the child in achieving their individual targets both in and outside of the classroom
  • Ensure the child is managing in terms of their physical, social and emotional welfare
  • Keep records and attend review meetings

 

Pay scale Grade 3-5 Depending on experience (£18,426-22,462 FTE) 12 hours per week Fixed term until 31/07/2021

Post – dependent on receipt of satisfactory references and will be subject to a 6 month probationary period.

Hours 8:30-11:30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.
